How the enquiry composer works
The current website prepares an email on your device. Entered details are not submitted to Canven by this page. They are passed to your email app only when you choose “Open email to send”. You must then send the email yourself. Saving a draft creates a text file on your device; it does not send the enquiry.
When you contact us
We may receive your name, email address, company, message and any other information you choose to include. We use this to assess and respond to the enquiry, discuss an engagement and maintain relevant business records. Please provide only information you are entitled to share.
Access and service providers
Information is handled by the people and service providers needed to respond to the enquiry, operate business communications or meet applicable obligations. Email and hosting providers may process information outside Malaysia. We do not add an enquiry to a marketing list through this form.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and related business or legal obligations. You may contact us to request access or correction, ask about use of your information, withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations and verification of the request.
Website technology
